Acceptable Use Policy
This page covers websites, applications, AI tools, generative systems, digital products, software products, SaaS products, dashboards, creative software, commerce experiences, product websites, subdomains, separate product domains, subscriptions, usage credits, generated outputs, downloads, custom design work and AI project work.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all websites, landing pages, dashboards, applications, AI tools, AI projects, digital products, software products, subscriptions, credits, downloads, templates, creative tools, design services, website services, software design, product design, automation services, commerce experiences and online services operated by TJ NOVA LTD.
You must use our products and services lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited use
You must not use our products or services for, or in connection with:
- illegal activity or content
- fraud, scams, deception or impersonation
- phishing, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- malware, hacking, credential theft or attempts to compromise systems
- attempts to bypass security controls, safety systems, account limits, usage limits, payment systems or rate limits
- abuse of accounts, trials, credits, checkout flows, refunds, coupons or promotions
- infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, design rights, database rights, moral rights, confidentiality rights, privacy rights, image rights, likeness rights or rights of publicity
- unlawful collection, processing or disclosure of personal data
- privacy violations, doxxing or non-consensual sharing of private information
- harassment, threats, intimidation, hate or abusive content
- child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors or any child safety violation
- non-consensual intimate content or sexually exploitative content
- content or activity that promotes violence, terrorism or serious physical harm
- generation or distribution of deceptive content intended to mislead, defraud or harm others
- misuse of AI imaging, image editing or creative tools to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or rights-violating content
- scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, model extraction, prompt extraction, reselling, copying, benchmarking for a competing service or automated extraction not authorised by us
- attempts to overload, disrupt, damage or interfere with our products, infrastructure, providers or users
- using our services in a way that violates third-party platform rules, AI provider rules, payment provider rules or applicable law
2. User content
You are responsible for content you upload, submit, generate, publish or use through our products.
You must have all rights, permissions, licences, releases, consents and lawful bases needed to upload, submit, process, generate from, edit, publish, distribute, commercialise or otherwise use your content.
You must not upload or use content that violates the law, third-party rights or this policy. This includes content, data, prompts, reference images, brand assets, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, confidential information, personal data, voice, likeness or other materials that you do not have permission to use.
3. AI and creative tools
Where our products include AI generation, image editing, automation, design tools or creative software, you must review outputs before using, publishing or relying on them.
You must not use AI-generated or edited outputs to deceive people, violate rights, commit fraud, impersonate others, create non-consensual intimate content or harm individuals or groups.
AI-generated, edited, automated or creative outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to third-party material or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for human review, factual checking, legal clearance, rights clearance, permissions, labelling where required and deciding whether an output is appropriate for your intended use.
You must not represent AI-generated or edited outputs as human-made, verified, authorised, endorsed or official where that would be misleading or unlawful.
4. Security testing
You must not test, scan, probe or attack our systems without written permission. If you believe you have found a security issue, report it to security@tjnovaltd.com.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. Where necessary, we may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, block payments, revoke credits, refuse refunds or report serious violations to relevant authorities or service providers.
We may act without notice where we believe there is legal, security, operational or user safety risk.
